Aria Restaurant, Sydney

Aria has a very balanced seasonal menu that features only the best produce on the market. It’s a great fine dining experience with a real sense of elegance headed up by Chef and owner Matt Moran. Bird’s Nest Yakitori And Bar, Brisbane

Not only is this place really atmospheric, they have a fantastic array of small bites on the menu making it the perfect place for a great catch up and a social dining experience with friends. Showcasing an Izakaya concept specialising in the traditional art of yakitori cooking, expect delicious Japanese skewered grilled meat and vegetables.
