Cosy up in a luxurious guestroom or, if you want to stay for longer, opt for a tastefully furnished hotel apartment – each has a picture-perfect view of the Arabian Gulf framed by the Dubai Marina skyline. Bask under the winter sun and make the most of the private beach access before taking a refreshing dip in the infinity pool. Wind down body and mind with a yoga class by the indoor pool while the little ones run wild at Dukesy Kids Club (for ages five to 12), which will get them involved in myriad creative pursuits, from cooking classes to arts and crafts.

Just be sure to keep Friday afternoons free as the Dukesy Family Brunch is back with a bang this month. Being launched by local radio personality Kris Fade on 1 February, this lively event takes place at West 14th Steakhouse from 1pm to 4pm. Grab a seat al fresco and lap up the beachfront views before tucking into tasty food from the live cooking stations while the children get stuck into the self-serve buffet. You’ll have plenty of time to savour your dishes, thanks to all the kids’ entertainment on offer. Plus, your little adventurers can strip down to their swimmies and set sail in a pool float along the lazy river for some wet and wild fun to round off an action-packed day.
